Welcome to my BASIC BEGINNER YOGA series of videos. We're going to take it nice and slow. To everyone who has always wanted to try yoga, but either doesn't have access to a yoga studio, or is not ready to do yoga in public, this is for YOU!
In this first pose set, we are covering:

Tadasana - Mountain
Vrksasana - Tree
Trikonasana - Triangle
Virabhadrasana II - Warrior 2
Parsvakonasana - Side Angle
Parsvottanasana - Intense Flank Stretch
Savasana - Corpse
Don't worry about the Sanskrit names of the poses--over time, you will begin to recognize which sounds correspond to which poses.
Listen. to. your. body. If something doesn't feel right, don't do it!
I highly encourage you to find a teacher that understands your needs. Having in-person and/or hands-on instruction will give you a solid foundation for your yoga practice.
