Let's be honest. Doing yoga on the beach is hella beautiful. And it's a very earthy experience. You get a salty breeze, a sunny environment, and sand everywhere. No, I mean, EVERYWHERE. It is not pretty.
So, for those of us who get sand stuck on our bodies, here's a standing flow for you that will keep you -mostly- sans sand.
This sequence is intermediate, but you can stick to the first rotation if you want to avoid more difficult poses. You might notice that I lose my balance a couple of times during the video. Hey, it's hard to balance on sand! No worries, if you waver (or fall) like I did, just come right back to it with a smile.
